1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Avvio Agency ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the avvio.ai website and our services.

2. Service Scope

Avvio Agency specializes in AI Automation and Consultancy services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Analysis of existing business workflows.
  • Design and implementation of AI-driven automation systems.
  • Development of custom AI agents and internal tools.
  • Ongoing modification and support of implemented systems.

Specific deliverables will be defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Client Agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated in a specific Client Agreement:

  • Pre-existing IP: We retain all rights to our pre-existing code, libraries, and tools used to create your solution.
  • Client IP: You retain ownership of all confidential information and data you provide to us.
  • Deliverables: Upon full payment, the specific workflows, configurations, and custom code developed specifically for you shall be owned by you. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use any underlying background IP embedded in the deliverables for your internal business purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any lost profit or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.
